Dip-Dye New Style!

Looking through your wardrobe- Pastel colors- check, A mullet skirt- check, A maxi floral dress- check! But something is missing....Dip-dye! What's that? It is the seasons next biggest hit! 3D Lips

Have you ever thought about PRABAL GURUNG? Proberly not, but you will know how he makes the lips of the models look 3D.  Some have the hot pink outside and inside toward the mouth is the dark red. But the thing is that its the same lipstick. Not one lighter and one more dark red.
